It can be hard for children and youth to open up about their emotions, or manage big worries in their lives. Through therapy your child will learn to manage their struggles, build their self-worth and feel confident in their identity. Talk therapy can be hard for young children so often games and drawing are used in sessions to make them more fun. At the beginning of our work together we would come up with a plan for parent involvement. This may include joining us at the end of sessions, written updates or joint sessions.
